Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policies 1. Late Arrival Policy Grace Period: 10–15 minutes. Service time may be reduced to accommodate the next appointment. After 30 Minutes: Appointment will be considered a cancellation and charged at 100% of the service fee. 2. Cancellation Policy More than 48 Hours’ Notice: No cancellation fee. Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged. 3. No-Show Policy First Offence: Full service fee or one full session from your treatment package will be deducted. Three No-Shows: Prepayment will be required for all future bookings. 4. Payment Terms All packages and treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. 5. Rescheduling Policy One Complimentary Reschedule: Available if notice is given more than 24 hours before the appointment. Same-Day Changes: Subject to availability and may result in reduced service time.
